3rd March
The journey across Australia is complete. This is the first ever crossing of this mighty continent by electric bicycle. I'm pleased. The bike held out excellently; no over heating, no faulty uneven delivery of power to the motor, no mechanical nor electrical failures. And even though I had to sit on it for sometimes 12 hours a day, it helped against the 3000 km headwind and also up the hills. It also carried all my camping gear and me without a single tiny issue.
Yamaha's RT Wabash, supported by Squire Locks and Route YC. The journey continues.

Bloody well done Nick!! Not just a country....another continent!! Just America now and a bit of Europe...easy peasy! 👍🏼👏
Thats insane. Right across Oz from Perth to Sydney. Using legs and a small battery-powered motor. And people complain about poor public transport, or stuffy bus rides, or overcrowded underground trains, or any other excuse to get fatter and more useless. Nick, you are an example to all humans. Rock on, Tommy.
Brilliant Nick
Keep up the great journey. I'll look forward to a congratulation hand shake at Mach24.
Gary.
Well done, another epic counrty conquered
